The company has strong technical strength and advanced pand complete roduction equipment. At present, the company's products have realized mechanical production, built an automatic casting production line and a sand coating production line. Such the equipments as one 1 ton medium frequency electric furnace, one 2 ton medium frequency electric furnace, fixed-point pouring of automatic production line, and 40 ton automatic sand treatment equipment.

The plant covers a total area of more than 20,000 square meters and covers a construction area of more than 19,000 square meters. Under the hard woring of the leaders and workers of the whole factory, the company has gradually developed from a small factory of more than 20 people into a professional casting enterprise with more than 260 people,  has more than 30 engineers and technical backbone. In 2018, the company was listed in the national green casting enterprise and rated as B grade advanced enterprise in Hebei Province. The enterprise has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and ISO14001-2004 environmental management system certification and ISO45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system certification. Annual production of casting over 8000 tons, and have 20 machining equipment, complete physical and chemical equipment. Our main products include manhole frame & manhole covers, grates, lamp holders, mechanical fittings, pipe fittings, Nodular and grey iron castings. The export countries mainly include more than 20 countries and regions such as Australia, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Norway and Ireland etc.
